I began teaching shortly after graduating university aged 21 and haven't looked back since. After various leadership roles worldwide, I am now Head of English at an international school in Germany. As part of my role, I develop student soft skills– critical thinking, debate, resilience, and introspection. Aside from PSHE, the main tool to achieve this is staff, student and parent training in coaching skills to empower each other and develop self and peer coaching skills. Equipping students with these essential life skills is deeply fulfilling and I am excited about working with more year groups, new staff, parents and other schools to create more heart-centered students, educators and leaders.
