Sally Hale trained with Graydin between 2017-2019 and became a Certified Start with Heart facilitator shortly after. Since then, Sally has co-led numerous Anatomy and Journey courses to staff at her school along with delivering the Be Programme to pupils. Along with her colleague, she has also delivered bespoke courses to the Parent population and courses with a focus on Pastoral Tutoring within her school. Sally has gone on to become an Erickson accredited Solution Focused Coach and is currently working towards her ACC with the ICF. Sally states, “Coaching has changed my life. I now live life in line with my values and as a result I am far more fulfilled and therefore ultimately happier. It is such a great opportunity to be able to spread the good news about coaching to my school community so that I can help people to become more aware of what’s important to them and help them find solutions that bring clarity to their life.”
