Stephanie is an artist, consultant, coach, facilitator of learning, speaker, and an all-around curious person. Drawing on her background in psychology, movement, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices, she partners with individuals, businesses, and organizations to achieve their greatest potential by creating alignment from a holistic perspective. Skilled at holding space so that individuals and businesses can get clear on their purpose and be intentional with their goals, she empowers her clients to lead their lives with courage and to the fullest by creating communities and workplace cultures that are human centric, fostering and valuing employee wellness and sustainability. An RYT-200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor, she holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Emerson College, an MFA in Dance Performance/Choreography from Smith College, and an MA in the Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Spirituality, Mind, Body and a focus in Organizational Change from Columbia University, Teachers College. Her research focuses on fear and stress management, conscious leadership, group development, engagement/performance, and creativity/innovation. She is an ICF certified professional coach at the PCC level, trained through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and a Master Practitioner in the Energy Leadership Index Assessment. Stephanie works with individuals, groups, and teams in a variety of industries: Finance, Education, Technology, Media, Performing/Creative Arts, Health Care, and Start-Up/Entrepreneurship. In addition, she is on faculty and was the Teaching & Learning Center Fellow in charge of the “Faculty-Student Wellbeing” Initiative at John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY), the author of the “21 Day Stress Management Workbook: A holistic, interactive guide to Re-define Your Relationship with Stress,” and one of the Co-Founders/Artistic Directors of Reject Dance Theatre, a professional modern dance and education company based in NYC and Providence.
