There is nothing more rewarding than getting to the heart an issue that is holding someone up from their next step, whatever it may be. I feel privileged to be part of the Graydin network of facilitators and see the coaching toolkit valued and put into practice by others. Following a flirtation with sales and marketing early in my career, I have spent the last two decades working in Education as a Biology teacher, Scuba diving instructor and Combined Cadet force officer.
