Married to Anna, we have four teenage children and live in Surrey. I always to be a teacher but actually started working life in London in the Executive Search industry. Having then completed a PGCE, I’ve been working at St George’s College, Weybridge for over twenty years teaching History and being involved with some sports coaching. Then in 2019, I fell in love with real ‘coaching’ and Graydin. Since then, I’ve loved encouraging the growth of a ‘coach-like’ culture, 1-2-1 coaching of staff and increasing the awareness of how powerful coaching is with students and parents
