I’m Lizzi and I became a Certified Start With Heart Facilitator in Spring 2024. I went into The Anatomy feeling enthusiastic but clueless about what coaching truly was and how it can work…and came out inspired and ready to flex those coaching muscles! I have found the ability to be more coach-like in daily interactions invaluable – we have more peace at home, lesson expectations are clearer, and management more constructive and enjoyable. Our school has welcomed coaching into its CPD programme, and we are loving running The Anatomy courses at various points during the school year. The coaching community is blossoming, and I cannot wait to see where it goes from here.
