New Resources for Better Coaches

As coaches, you know that your secret to success is keeping coaching top-of-mind and resources close-at-hand.

As we’ve made changes in the last year, that has become harder. We know that our ecosystem can be complex and our resources can be hard to find, with many things in many places.

One thing we know we can improve is in the Learning Library. And so, if you are a current Graydin alumni, the way that you are currently accessing the Library will change for the better. And if you aren’t an alumni, you’ll now be able to access our library of resources for the first time ever.

THE COACHING LIBRARY FOR ADVANCED COACHES

Perfect for more experienced coaches and Alumni of The Journey

COACHING LIBRARIES: EASIER TO USE WITH MORE RESOURCES

  • Learning Materials: Similar to the Learn section of the old library, but more complete. We've brought all of the content from our courses—the handbook, worksheets, videos and audio tracks—and organised them by concept.

  • Coaching Activities and Worksheets: If you are looking for a resource to complete yourself or with your coachee, you'll find it here. We've gathered together all of our group activities, worksheets and tools.

  • Coaching Demonstrations: This NEW section features audio of real coaching conversations with Quinn and McKenzie. Listen in to hear how they put coaching tools into practice.

  • Recommended Videos: Similar to the Watch section of the old library, we've provided additional videos featuring TED Talks and expert interviews.

  • Recommended Reading: Similar to the Read section of the old library, we've built a collection of scholarly reports and journal articles to get curious about. We've improved this section—curating a newer and more relevant collection.

The Coaching Libraries live at courses.graydin.com, accessible with the same login credentials as our Live Online courses. And we’ll be updating the libraries once a quarter with new demo, activities, academic research and videos.
