Supercharge your school with the power of coaching!

Coaching Day is a nurturing, community-building event for educators that explores the transformative effect of coaching on schools.

This event has been supporting educators for more than a decade and 2023 was packed with learning and fun. We've got all this and more in store for 2024!

CREATE A COACHING MOVEMENT IN YOUR SCHOOL

A movement does not begin when one person stands up; it starts when the second person rises.

To introduce coaching and build a sustainable coaching culture at your school, Coaching Leads need to develop three crucial skills: enrolment, coaching, and facilitation. Coaching Day will focus on these three main areas to help you succeed!

Enrolment

Learn how to enrol your community to support your curiosity, passion and vision of coaching.

Coaching

Explore how to build your coaching muscle and exemplify what it means to be coach-like.

Facilitation

Consider how best to facilitate INSET, workshops and courses at your school now and in the future.

“I have been re-energised and reinvigorated. For a whole day in one room, it didn’t feel like I wanted to leave. Simply, Graydin have provided the best CPD I have ever engaged with as a teacher.”

-  Pip Canning, Eastbourne College, Coaching Day 2023
