Any individual who has completed The Art and The Review within Graydin’s Sharing Stage can apply to become a Licence Holder and therefore be called a Certified Start With Heart Facilitator. The prerequisite for The Art is the attendance of Graydin’s core coaching curriculum, including The Anatomy and The Journey, or another set of ICF accredited courses aligned with Graydin’s methodology.

A Licence Holder can use Graydin’s IP to deliver courses, workshops and talks.

Each licence is associated to one person only—the Licence Holder. It does not belong to a group of people or the organisation the Licence Holder works for or with, regardless of who paid the licence fee.

All Licence Holders must pay an annual licence fee. Other than this fee, no other payments are required, unless Graydin deems it necessary to support the Licence Holder with tailored training due to the low-quality participant feedback. From time to time, a Licence Holder may choose to purchase additional materials as detailed in this manual, or they may choose to receive additional support and training from Graydin.

If the Licence Holder finds themselves in the process of moving to a new school, going on parental leave, or any other extended absence, we understand that there may be a need to temporarily put your licence on hold. In such instances, we ask that you notify Graydin promptly to discuss. This will ensure a smooth transition without any interruptions in your licensing status.

When a Licence Holder changes careers or moves jobs and/or locations, we encourage them to bring their Licence with them and provide coaching and wellbeing training to their new community. Once the Licence is paid for, it goes with the Licence Holder wherever they go, regardless of whether they move to a new organisation or decide to become self-employed.

Certified Facilitators are required to inform Graydin of a lapse in Licence, delay in payment or desire to end the Licence. Failure to pay or inform us of circumstances affecting their renewal capability can result in a penalty fee or Licence review.
