Will has been a Graydin certified coach facilitator since May 2022 in his role as Senior Boarding Housemaster at Whitgift School and since then has relished delivering the Anatomy course and enabling colleagues to develop their coaching skills and support their students. As a housemaster, Will has sought to embed a coaching culture amongst the household and tutor teams who support the boarders in his care. Will is an advocate for the use of coaching to empower young people and colleagues to seek their own answers to the foremost and deepest questions in their life and to create a path towards the best version of themselves.
