My name is Jess Johnson. I discovered coaching when I was teaching in a central London academy – it changed my career path. Through Graydin’s coaching courses, I developed greater awareness of my values and the confidence to lean into them. Coaching has transformed how I communicate and connect with people in all aspects of my life, and I am a better leader because of it. I now deliver professional development projects in a multi-academy trust. The first time that I facilitated The Anatomy for a group of colleagues, it was an absolute buzz! I love being able to share coaching skills and I have no doubt that teams in our organisation benefit from improved communication and compassionate leadership as a result of Graydin’s courses.
