You may have heard us say that ‘the topic is not always the topic’. Or, ‘there is often a bigger topic at play’. It is not uncommon for the coachee’s topic to morph during a coaching conversation or for the real topic to be hidden from plain site.

Helping a coachee clarify the topic can be challenging, which is why we are dedicating 90-minutes to this coaching growing pain.

This session will include a coaching demo, group discussion, plus time for practice and feedback. Regardless of your coaching experience, everyone is welcome.
