One of the most powerful ways to regulate oneself is through visualisation. Coaching uses visualisation to shift perspectives, states of being and emotions. While not everyone can visualise as easily as others, most coachees can explore their senses in an effort to regulate their emotions and access the deeper meaning of their experience.
