Phaedra (Fred) is a Certified Start with the Heart facilitator. She uses Graydin coaching in her everyday life with Students, Colleagues and friends. Running the anatomy and journey course at school in Oxford. She has been involved with Graydin since 2016. Outside of coaching she teaches chemistry, coaches sport and will be running a boarding house of 70 pupils from September 24. She studied Chemistry at the University of Leeds and has continued with many CPD course since then, including Mental Health First Aid, ACAS conflict resolution and grievance procedure. In her spare time she enjoys running, reading and cooking.
