Deborah has been a licensed facilitator for Graydin for over 7 years. She delivers courses in a variety of schools. She has also adapted the course material for parent groups as it has been so useful for her own kids! She is passionate about effective communication and this is her driving force in promoting coaching skills. Deborah delights in seeing others thrive. As a trained coach she is in the process of attaining her ACC with the International Coaching Federation. A typical coaching client is someone who is new to leadership across a number of sectors. She helps them to adapt their training to how they want to lead, authentic to who they are. Originally from a teaching background, coaching has been a natural progression as both require the encouragement for people to think for themselves. Deborah holds a BSc in Biology with Microbiology from Imperial College, London and a PGCE from Oxford University.
